The Global Leadership program at Royal Roads University can help you develop your skills to tackle complex issues through collaboration, empathy, adaptability, community engagement and systems thinking.
You’ll develop the capacity to lead yourself and others through an understanding of complex global systems. You’ll be positioned for a market that requires global leadership capacity in a broad range of sectors.
Customize your learning with courses taught by experts in areas, such as conflict resolution, strategic planning, artificial intelligence, governance, community development, geopolitics, international politics, global civil society and gender.
Program outcomes
Once you have completed this program, you’ll have be able to apply practical tools and strategies to address current issues, challenges and opportunities related to global leadership. Your work will impact the wellbeing of communities and the planet.
